One thread runs through every home.

Everyone sees exactly what they should

Permissions are a module-by-module matrix — none, view, or edit — not an honor system.

Platform admin

See every client. Click into any workspace, view as the client, provision and invite — from one console.

Client workspace

Your whole operation. Invite employees, set roles per module — view only, edit access, or nothing at all.

Builder portal

Builders get invited, log in, and see their lots — read-only, financials hidden, revocable per person.

Field app

Phone-first for crews: today's installs, the lot, the materials, and a camera. Nothing they don't need.

Questions? We're glad you asked.

Lotspan is the operating system for builder finishing programs — it tracks every lot from plat to close, and everything that happens to it: selections, quotes, purchase orders, installs, and warranty service.
Flooring companies, design centers, and interior-finishing contractors that work with production homebuilders — and the builders and field crews they coordinate with. It was built inside a working design center, not a conference room.
You invite them. Builder contacts log in with their own credentials and see only their lots — read-only, with your internal financials hidden. Access is revocable per person, so there are no anonymous shared links floating around.
Your admin invites employees and sets a permission matrix per person: none, view, or edit — module by module. Role templates (Operations, Scheduler, Design Consultant, Field, Read-only) get people set up in one click, with custom overrides when you need them.
That's the point. Lotspan replaces the aging homebuilder ERP + lot-tracker + spreadsheet stack with one system. Your lot register, price book, selections, orders, and schedule stop living in five places.
Book a demo. Pilot onboarding runs community by community: we load your plans, allowances, and catalog, then bring your team and your first builder online.
